Welcome to Our Island
Our office has been designed for the entire family with a relaxing island theme in mind. Like many families living in California, the Weideman-Tse family members have enjoyed ocean related activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, boogie boarding and surfing. They look forward to taking their children to aquariums, ocean theme parks and tropical get-a-ways. This love for the ocean and tropical atmosphere has inspired the island theme for our dental office.
Our island themed office features custom designed soft play structures for kids, a tranquil bubble wall, the Ocean Pier video game arcade and surf board shaped dental chairs. The reception room features an interactive play area for children, family room style seating and a coffee/water bar for adults. Most of the furnishings that were selected when constructing the office are made of environmentally friendly materials. The naturally soothing colors that were chosen reflect the beach and island environment.
During their appointment, your child can relax with the most current popular movies playing on televisions above each surf board chair. For all children, young and old, the Ocean Pier video arcade provides many entertainment options. The latest magazines, books and educational toys are offered for children, teens and parents to enjoy.
Adults and teens are also catered to at Smile Island. We feature premium designed dental chairs with ultra soft upholstery for extra comfort. Adults also have overhead televisions and may watch any channel that satellite offers, from talk shows to favorite sports programming.
The internet can be accessed using our WiFi connection. The dental equipment is the highest that technology offers today. The cabinetry, flooring and countertops were all chosen to be clean and sterile yet feel like a summer beach home.
We truly hope that our patients enjoy this office as much as we enjoy coming to work every day in this beautiful island dental home.
