Dr. Deanna Guillory, DDS Dr. Deanna Guillory, originally from New York but raised in California, brings a unique blend of cultural experiences and a passion for transforming smiles to her dental practice. Growing up in a Korean-American household, she was immersed in Korean traditions alongside her parents and younger sister.Deanna's personal journey with orthodontic treatment, including braces and jaw surgery, during her teenage years sparked her interest in dentistry. The transformation of her own smile inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve the same confidence through their smiles. After graduating from Granite Bay High School in 2009, Deanna pursued her academic endeavors at UC Davis, where she majored in Biological Sciences with a minor in Art History. Her commitment to excellence led her to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors in 2013. Furthering her education and skills, Deanna completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in Davis, CA, enhancing her proficiency in comprehensive dental care. Beyond dentistry, Deanna channels her creativity into running her Etsy shop, where she sells crochet plants and coasters. In her free time, she enjoys indulging in hobbies such as reading, baking (including crafting her own wedding cakes!), gardening, and cozying up to watch movies with her husband. With a genuine passion for helping others and a dedication to providing quality dental care, Deanna Guillory is committed to making every patient's smile shine bright and we’re so happy to have her on the Smile Island Team! |
